TA-AAbs cut-offs were assigned for 15 of the 21 for at least one antigen plate coating concentration, six of the 21 (TA-AAbs to CDKN1B, GBU4-5, NPM1, VIM, HSPD1 and HNRPL) had no ability to distinguish HCC patients from controls for this cohort.
