To further verify that CDYL2b affects the migratory and invasive potential of breast cancer cells through transcriptional repression of HPSE, HLA-F, and SELL, we conducted rescue experiments by restoring HPSE, HLA-F, and SELL expression in MDA-MB-231 and Hs578T cells stably expressing CDYL2b (Figure 7A).
