Next, we examined the expression status of the four CDYL2 transcripts in sixty pairs of primary breast tumor tissues and adjacent noncancerous breast tissues (twenty pairs for luminal, HER2-positive, and TNBC subtypes, respectively) and found that primary breast tumors mainly expressed CDYL2a and CDYL2b (Figure 1B). The gene discussed is CDYL2; the disease is breast neoplasm.
