NPHS2 and membranous glomerulonephritis: In our study, we analyzed the presence of podocin tryptic peptides, with the 169LQTLEIPFHEIVTK182, 213AVQFLVQTTMK223, 240SIAQDAK246, and 292MIAAEAEK299 sequences, in urine sediment samples from healthy subjects and those with diagnosed preeclampsia, membranous nephropathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, and IgA nephropathy.
