As shown in Figure 1B and based on p-value in Table S2, results illustrated that JMJD10 expression was significantly higher in bladder urothelial carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, kidney chromophobe, liver hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, and STAD. This evidence concerns the gene RIOX2 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
