We also found higher levels of MPO‐DNA complexes, MPO and NE—credible markers of NETs—in APS sera than in HC sera (0.92 ± 0.10 vs 0.35 ± 0.06 OD; 223.70 ± 10.79 vs 117.00 ± 7.96 ng/mL; and 235.30 ± 24.45 vs 148.90 ± 11.46 ng/mL, respectively; all P < 0.05; Figure 1B‐D). Here, MPO is linked to autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
