STAT3 and retinoblastoma: Silencing of LINC00324 expression reduced the aggressive behavior of RB cells in vitro and in vivo through reduced sponging of miR-769-5p and consequent downregulation of its direct target gene, STAT3. Our findings suggest that the LINC00324–miR-769-5p–STAT3 pathway is involved in the progression of RB, and that targeting this pathway may be an effective strategy for treating patients with this disease.
