In in vivo experiments, the overexpression of 144aa‐uORF and underexpression of ZNRD1‐AS1, ELF1 alone or in combination could significantly inhibit the xenograft volume in nude mice, prolong their survival time and reduce tumour VM density; the use of the combination allowed the nude mice to achieve the minimal xenograft volume, the longest survival time and the most sparse tumour VM density. Here, POLR1H is linked to neoplasm.
