In multivariate Cox proportional-hazards models, the use of GnRH agonists (HR: 1.503; P = 0.17) or antiandrogen only (HR: 1.208; P = 0.73) in PCa patients did not significantly increase the risk of AMI after adjusting for other covariates compared to ADT-naïve patients. The gene discussed is GNRH1; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
