In our previous research, we applied hydrodynamic tail vein injection of hemagglutinin (HA) tagged AKT and NICD plasmid (AKT/NICD), along with Sleeping Beauty (SB) plasmids into BALB/c mice (6–8 weeks) to initiate ICC development. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
