Patients in group A were older and more predominantly male than those in group B. Regarding organ involvement, the percentage of lymphadenopathy was higher in group A than in group B (P = 0.01), while other organs involvement was comparable between group A and group B. The IgG3 level was higher in group A than in group B (P = 0.006). This evidence concerns the gene IGHG3 and Lymphadenopathy.
