APOC3 and hypertriglyceridemia: GO cell compartment analysis identified the collagen-containing extracellular matrix based on the down-regulation of APOC3, ZG16 and ADAMTS9 and up-regulation of COL12A1, S100A4, S100A6 and SERPINA5.
