ITGB1 and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma: Some miRNAs have been shown to target ITGB1, such as miR‐134 and miR‐29.28, 29 In addition, upregulation of ITGB1 has been detected in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.30, 31 Here, we also found that ITGB1 expression was upregulated and negatively regulated by miR‐374b in NSCLC.
