NLR (P < .001), MLR (P < .001), hs‐CRP (P = .037), TNF‐α (P = .002), IL‐6 (P = .010), P53 (P = .013), MSH2 (P < .001), Tm‐4 (P < .001) concentrations, drinking (P < .001), smoking (P < .001), and occupational exposure to chemicals (P < .001) had significant influence on AFP‐Negative HCC. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and hepatocellular carcinoma.
