Most importantly, we showed that the repressed self-renewal (Figure 5C), invasion (Figure 5D), and colony-forming (Figure 5E) capacities after a silence of LINC00963 were all reversed by overexpression of ABCB5 (Figure 5C–E), suggesting that LINC00963-mediated cancer stemness was through regulation of ABCB5. This evidence concerns the gene ABCB5 and cancer.
