DUOX1 and infectious disease: The intestinal microbiota of Duox-TLR3 RNAi-treated larvae was more enriched with genes involved in replication, repair, infectious diseases, carbohydrate metabolism, and amino acid metabolism but less enriched with genes involved in the biosynthesis of other secondary metabolism and enzyme family compared with that of egfp RNAi-treated larvae (Fig 9A and 9B).
