Elevated levels of TGF-β2 expression were related to unfavorable OS and PFS for all women with ovarian carcinoma (HR, 1.18; 95% CI, 1.04–1.34; P = 0.013; and HR, 1.35; 95% CI, 1.18–1.55; P = 0.001, respectively), as well as for women with serous ovarian carcinoma (HR, 1.21; 95% CI, 1.04–1.41; P = 0.013; and HR, 1.34; 95% CI, 1.16–1.55; P = 0.001, respectively). Here, TGFB2 is linked to ovarian serous carcinoma.
