In this study, it was found that overexpression of TGF-β3 indicated poor outcomes while a high expression level of TGF-β2 was correlated with unfavorable PFS in ovarian carcinoma patients with TP53 mutation, but not in patients with TP53-wild-type ovarian carcinoma, implying that TGF-β2 and TGF-β3 might be poor predictors in women with TP53-mutated ovarian carcinoma. Here, TGFB3 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
