Based on the significant differential expression of DRAIC in GC tissue and its possible regulatory effect on NFRKB, we detected the expression levels of DRAIC and NFRKB in GC cell lines, and found that the low expression of DRAIC and the high expression of NFRKB in GC cells were comparable with those in gastric mucosal epithelial cells (Fig. 2a, b), which not only clarified the expression characteristics of DRAIC and NFRKB in GC cell lines, but also provided a basis for the construction of cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene DRAIC and gastric cancer.
