PLK2 and neoplasm: In summary, this study shows that the differences in the expression of TAp73 and PLK2 in two subtypes of HCOS with different pathological maldifferentiation activities, OOS and COS, is related to the survival and prognosis of patients; PLK2 regulates the osteogenic differentiation and maturation of OS cells based on a high abundance TAp73, thus affecting the cloning and proliferation of tumor cells and reducing the malignancy of tumors.
