PARP1 and neoplasm: The highest uptake in tumour was observed in PSN-1 xenografts (7.34 ± 1.16%ID/g) and was significantly higher than that in AsPC-1, CFPAC-1 and PANC-1 xenografts (P = 0.0019, 0.0047 and 0.0092, respectively), correlating with higher PARP1 expression levels obtained by Western blot.
