Five of these genes (AHHR, ARID1A, NCOA5, NFIC, and SKI) [19–23] have been determined to be tumor suppressors in major studies, and 13 of them are transcription factors (AHRR, ARID1A, ATF6B, NCOA5, NFIC, PAX1, SKI, TLX1, ZNF302, ZNF562, ZNF598, ZNF611, and ZNF92). This evidence concerns the gene SKI and neoplasm.
