Our results showed that CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL3, and CXCL11 were all upregulated in colon cancer compared with healthy tissues, and in the colon cancer group, a high level of CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL3, and CXCL11 was correlated with better survival in TCGA or GEO. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL2 and colonic neoplasm.
