The migration and invasion abilities were enhanced in the HNF1A-AS1-overexpression group; however, the increased migration and invasion activities promoted by HNF1A-AS1 were reversed by miR-30b-3p mimics (Fig. 5f, g), suggesting that HNF1A-AS1 exerts its tumour-oncogene effects by repressing miRNAs in GC cells.
