Before analyzing the infection and replication of the oncolytic Ad vectors, we assessed the expression of TRAIL receptors (death receptors, DR4 and DR5; decoy receptors, DcR1 and DcR2) and adenovirus receptors (CAR; integrin αvβ3 and integrin αvβ5) on primary AML cells, which were isolated from AML patient samples and subjected to flow cytometry, to identify the CD45+ CD33+ primary AML cells. The gene discussed is TNFRSF10B; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
