MYB and central nervous system cancer: Entities that diffusely infiltrated the pontine parenchyma included MYB-rearranged angiocentric glioma (WHO grade I, all H3-wildtype, 5 cases [15.2%]) (Fig. 3e), diffuse astrocytoma (WHO grade II, 6 cases [18.2%]) (Fig. 3f), anaplastic astrocytoma (WHO grade III, 7 cases [21.2%]) (Fig. 3g), and glioblastoma (WHO grade IV, 5 cases [15.2%]) (Fig. 3h).
