A total of 665 patients with pre-treated BRAF-mutant CRC were randomly selected to receive a triple combination of Encorafenib (a BRAF-inhibitor), Binimetinib (a MEK-inhibitor) and Cetuximab (an anti-EGFR), versus a double combination of Encorafenib plus Cetuximab versus an investigators’ choice (Irinotecan or FOLFIRI plus Cetuximab). This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and colorectal carcinoma.
