CEACAM5 and melanoma: A large number of studies confirmed that the following tumor-associated antigens, survivin, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her2), and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), are overexpressed in a variety of tumors, by which survivin is overexpressed in the lung, breast, pancreatic, and melanoma [13–16]; Her2 is overexpressed in the breast, stomach, ovary, uterine serous endometrial carcinoma, colon, pancreatic, bladder, lung, uterine cervix, head and neck, and esophagus cancer [17, 18]; and CEA is overexpressed in gastric, colorectal, breast, ovarian, lung, and pancreatic cancer [19].
