MAPK1 and posterior cortical atrophy: Based on our analysis, MAPK1 was seen to be involved in regulation of actin cytoskeleton, focal adhesion, adherens junction, dorsoventral axis formation, mitotic M-M/G1 phase cell cycle, intracellular protein transport, and establishment of localization in cells thereby pointing toward the involvement of MAPK1 with the progression of PCa toward metastasis.
