SLC7A11 and colorectal carcinoma: Cys, GSH, ROS, and cell viability were detected, and results showed that the overexpression of SLC7A11 significantly rescued the IMCA-induced reduction of Cys, GSH, and cell viability and increased the ROS levels in SLC7A11-overexpressing DLD-1 and HCT116 CRC cells (Figures 5(a) and 5(b)).
