The number of CD11c-positive cells in the MSC group and in the MD group remarkably decreased, and the number of Fizz1-positive cells increased compared with that in the T2D group (Figures 4(a) and 4(b)), indicating that M1 macrophages polarized towards M2 in the MSC and MD groups.
