CIP2A and colorectal carcinoma: The levels of CIP2A were found to be higher in the sera of patients with late stage CRC (III and IV) than in those with early stage (I and II) CRC (11.00 ± 1.62 ng/mL vs. 7.334 ± 0.875 ng/mL, respectively; P = 0.000; Fig. 5b).
