The results showed that miR-4290 overexpression reduced the IC50 of SGC7901 and HGC-27 cells to cisplatin and induced cell apoptosis, whereas PDK1 upregulation abolished this effect, indicating that miR-4290 improved the cisplatin sensitivity of GC cells via targeting PDK1 to inhibit glycolysis.
