This study initially performed a bioinformatics analysis of data in the GSE10325 data set (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE10325) that documented gene expression in CD4+ T cells, CD19+ B cells, and CD33+ myeloid cells in patients with SLE and healthy participants. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and systemic lupus erythematosus.
