We selected four major genes, of which GTSE1 (logFC = 1.32, adjusted P < 0.001) and NMU (logFC = 2.81, adjusted P < 0.001) were found to be up-regulated in the tissues of those patients who had lung cancer, and expression levels of FOS (logFC = -2.22, adjusted P < 0.001) and CDKN1C (logFC = -1.56, adjusted P < 0.001) were found to be down-regulated. Here, FOS is linked to lung carcinoma.
