CN variations in WISP1 have been associated with endometrial adenocarcinoma [84] whereas NDRG1 has been reported as a tumor suppressor in ovarian carcinogenesis across distinct ovarian subtypes [85,86] (Table S3), therefore it is thus not surprising to find these genes as top hits across ovarian cancer subtypes.
