Only a single FGFR3-TACC3 fusion previously reported in other cancers was identified.10,19 In addition, all FGFR fusions were mutually exclusive with KRAS/ERBB2/BRAF/FGFR mutations, suggesting that these alterations are driver events, further highlighting a potential therapeutic approach for these CCA tumors.
