RUNX1 and ovarian carcinoma: RUNX1-205 lacks exon 6 in comparison with RUNX1b due to alternative splicing and plays a key role in ovarian cancer (Nanjundan et al., 2007; Hong and Fritz, 2019); however, its function in human hematopoiesis is unclear, which might be the final blank field of human RUNX1 variants research.
