By analyzing the relationship between the combination of PD-L1 (CD274), CTLA-4, IDO1 with TNFSF14, and prognosis, we found that TNFSF14 plays a significant role in determining the survival prognosis of patients with GBM for these immune checkpoints that are currently widely used in immunotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF14 and glioblastoma.
