RHOA and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: The RhoA driver mutation G17V, which disrupts GTP binding, is frequently identified in T-cell lymphoma (Yoo et al., 2014) and studies in Dictyostelium cells demonstrate that phosphorylation of RhoA-GDP at S192 leads to increased mTORC2 activity and phosphorylation of AKT (Senoo et al., 2019).
