The cell lines, however, were unequally sensitive towards doxorubicin: the approximately 50% inhibitory concentration at 48 hr was highest in TCC with 0.500 μg/ml, fivefold lower in OSA (0.100 μg/ml) and 33.3‐fold lower in HSA cell lines (0.015 μg/ml).
