We also found that the surface level of TNFRSF10B was increased in RAB8 knockdown NSCLC cells, and RAB8 interacted with TNFRSF10B and YIPF2, suggesting that RAB8 participates in membrane trafficking of TNFRSF10B potentially through promoting its removing from plasma membrane to cytoplasm. The gene discussed is YIPF2; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
