Altogether, these data suggested that bead-based detection of ubiquitylation provides an easy and quantitative way to detect specific alterations in the ubiquitylation cascade and identify STAM, UBADC1, SQSTM1, and HIP2 as potential Ub-modifiable biomarkers of AML chemoresistance.
