DNAH8 and cancer: In addition, using bioinformatics analysis, we identified that NCAPG correlated with ATPase activity, tubulin binding and catalytic activity, acting on DNA (MF), chromosome segregation, nuclear division and organelle fission (BP), chromosomal region, condensed chromosome and spindle (CC) and was involved in cancer-related signaling pathways, cell cycle, DNA replication and mismatch repair across different cancer types.
