Finally, CNAtra successfully detected the previously-reported focal amplifications of MYC (NCI-H82) [41] and MYCN (CHP-212, IMR-32) [42] loci as well as homozygous focal deletions of BANK1/4q24 (NCI-H82) [43], LKB1/STK11 (A427) [44], and p16INK4a/CDKN2A (A427) [45] loci in respective cancer cell lines (Fig. 3c; Supplementary Figure S4). The gene discussed is CDKN2A; the disease is cancer.
