Given that low AnxA6 expression is associated with rapid tumor cell proliferation [12] and early initiation and rapid growth of xenograft tumors in vivo [17], we sought to determine whether the expression levels of AnxA6, GRF2 or SOS1 were associated with each other and with Ki67 expression levels in a breast disease progression tissue microarray (TMA).
