Recent work shows that tumor‐intrinsic PD‐L1 can regulate ovarian and melanoma cancer growth, pathogenesis and autophagy,19 promote bladder cancer proliferation, glycolysis,15 and is involved in lung cancer chemoresistance.20 Yet, the function of PD‐L1 in aspirin‐resisted lung cancer remains unclear. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is urinary bladder cancer.
