HOXA13 and cancer: The GSEA indicated that high expression of HOXA10 was related to “WNT signaling pathway,” “pathway in cancer,” “basal cell carcinoma,” “cell cycle,” “mismatch repair,” and “DNA replication” (Figure 6A), high expression of HOXA11 was related to “DNA replication,” “mismatch repair,” and “nucleotide excision repair” (Figure 6B) and high expression of HOXA13 was related to “colorectal cancer” and “WNT signaling pathway” (Figure 6C).
