These experimental and bioinformatics analyses showed that SNRPG regulated the cell cycle control of chromosomal replication, cyclins, and the cell cycle regulation pathway in human U87MG glioblastoma cells, and suggested that the effects of SNRPG downregulation on the cell cycle as well as on apoptosis were most likely dependent on the comprehensive regulation of cellular functions. This evidence concerns the gene PCNA and glioblastoma.
