Kaplan–Meyer analysis demonstrated that CRC patients with EPHB3 positivity have better clinical outcomes in both overall (p = 0.007) and recurrence-free survival (p < 0.001) (Figure 6B) and the prognostic impact of EPHB3 was apparent in stage III CRC patients (Figure 6C); however, in a multivariate analysis EPHB3 was not an independent prognostic marker (HR = 0.832, p = 0.400) (Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene EPHB3 and colorectal carcinoma.
