We next explored the relationship between the expression level of CELSR2 and patient survival rate using the Kaplan-Meier plotter tool and found that high CELSR2 expression was significantly associated with a poor prognosis in HCC patients (Fig. 4c, Hazard Ratio (HR) = 1.43, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.01–2.03, p = 0.042). The gene discussed is CELSR2; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
