To facilitate isoform-specific characterization, we further subcloned these YAP1 cDNA into a lentiviral expression vector and generated, in YAP1-KO background (Supplement Figure 2B), reconstituted expression of YAP1 isoforms by lentiviral infection (Supplement Figure 2C) with their relative expression confirmed by qRT-PCR (Supplement Figure 2D).
